Luthier service on all stringed instruments

Starting back in the mid 1970's I got my first guitar out of a department store dumpster. It was a Tesco Del Ray with broken pick guard and missing a bridge, other stuff. I found parts, made parts and fixed it and a luthier was born.

In the early 80's working for Kramer guitars I learned some chops on production guitar building and repair under the watchful eye the "Unk" the guitar guy. Feeling confident I could take what I learned about solid body guitar production and apply as a one off boutique custom guitar shop. In 1986 Custom Ax guitars and repair came into being.
